Brief:

Located in the rolling hills and sprawling farmland of Flintshire, North Wales, The Good Life Society is a festival that sits within the Gladstone Estate, with the 18th Century Hawarden Castle overlooking the site.

The festival’s ethos is all putting equal emphasis on crafts, outdoor activities, food, and music. It is also a dog-friendly festival, with 100’s of friendly dogs on site to play with.

We were briefed to shoot portraits of the chefs, and to capture event photography of the speakers, and guests throughout the festival - as well as general coverage throughout.

Solution.

Set across the four days and with an open brief of taking formal and non-formal reportage portraits of the speakers and guests, we enjoyed capturing event photography at the festival whilst speaking to people to learn more about what they’re up to during their time at The Good Life Society.
